In this section, you’ll be able to find the following:
Find a full list of all users, including their user status. This is where you can change a user’s status:
Once you have created a group, a default email summary is sent to all users in that group by SymTerra admin at 6am with all SmartNote updates over the previous 24 hours.

In this section, you can create a new group, remove existing users or add new users.
You will automatically be synced to OneDrive and SharePoint, You can disconnect integrations in this section.
If you work internationally, SymTerra supports multiple languages.
If you enable translations, you will be asked to set the primary language for your company.
SmartNotes in other languages will automatically be translated into the primary company language. Translations will be available in the SmartNote feed and an additional PDF will be generated for the translation.
