Assets are your full list of all key plant, fleet and equipment. These can then be assigned to projects and allow users to do daily checks, inspections and updates against each asset. This will in turn power reports and dashboards.

How to add an Asset

1. Click on Assets in your sidebar
2. Select ‘create a new asset’
3. Add your Asset number (mandatory)
4. Add your Asset type (mandatory)
5. Add your Asset details (mandatory)
6. Add your location description (optional)
7. Add your classification code (optional)
8. Add the asset owner (optional)
9. Add the maintenance frequency (optional)
10. Add the asset criticality
11. Choose the asset status
12. Choose the asset type and select location on the map (mandatory)
