Step Two: SmartNotes

When you open the App, you’ll see a list of all recent SmartNotes.

A SmartNote (SN for short) is any update you share on SymTerra across your projects. Whether you’re in the field or at your desk, SmartNotes make sure that everyone is singing off the same Sym-sheet!

A SmartNote can be:

• A quick update - with or without photos and location
• A detailed report (e.g. for daily logs, checks or progress)

You can also link a location, activity, asset, report or drawing to any SN to give it full context.
