Activities lists all activities related to your project.

Managers can add related documents for site teams to access (e.g. RAMS) and any user can associate any SmartNote with one or more activities to keep records together for different stages/activities of work.

How to create an activity

  1. Select Activities on the sidebar
  2. Select Add new activity
  3. Enter the name and description of the activity
  4. Start and End dates are mandatory entries
  5. Enter an ID (optional) which is useful when using the Gantt chart feature
  6. Assign users to the activity
  7. Select the activity status
  8. If needed, you can add attachments using the ‘Upload’ button

You can use the Custom Briefing Sheet to add all the relevant questions that you want the team to tick and confirm when checking into the activity. (It’s like a Point of Work Risk Assessment). You can also select a signature requirement for the briefing sheet.
