Drawings is where the project team can upload current drawings for a project and users can add mark-ups from mobile or web. These mark-ups can be for anything from progress updates, technical queries or information requests to smiley faces or supportive words of encouragement! (Go team!)

Drawings PDF need to be uploaded on Web to be available for markup in mobile.

Once set up, see below how to add a markup on mobile.

To add a drawing:

1. Click on Drawings in the side bar
2. Click on create a drawing
3. Upload your drawing in pdf format

To add a Mark-up:

1. Click on Drawings in the side bar
2. Select the drawing you wish to mark-up
3. Select ‘view and mark-up’
4. Select ‘new mark-up’
5. Title your mark-up
6. Use either paint, text or emoji to create your mark-up
7. Once complete, press save
