The FormBuilder allows you to quickly create forms and workflows necessary for your projects. For the record, there’s nothing like good paperwork-management to keep your team on form!

Navigate to this tab on the sidebar on Web.
You will find your form and workflow library there.
You can create, edit and assign them to projects.
You can either:
start from scratch and create new form
or duplicate one of the templates we’ve added to your space and edit form.

Select Create new form
Give your form a name:

Your form will have sections, select Click to Name to name the first one (this step is required to start adding questions in the section)

Tip: You can keep it simple and have all the questions in one section, or add more sections to organise your form. To add sections click the white + button on the right.

Click the purple + button to add a new question and choose a question type from the list.
You can see in real time how your form will look like in the app on the preview screen (using the toggle on the top of the screen to switch between web/mobile view)
Type your question in the Q: section.
You can move the question up or down using the arrows to the left of the question.

Each question has a Settings section, open the chevron to add more details.
