The Workflows feature helps you to keep track of tasks. It works like an active to-do list. ‘To do or not to do’, that is the question. (We’d highly recommend doing!)

Workflows Web

What is a workflow?

A workflow is two connected forms, allowing you to create open issues or actions in the first form and close them out in the second form.

It’s like an active to-do list and really useful for safety observations, snags, defects, deliveries etc. where there may be an action requiring close out at a future date. If there is no further action required the workflow can be closed in the first instance.

Safety Observations and SNAG

We love making your life easier! Each new account is given two pre-made workflows: Safety Observations and SNAG.
