The purple bar on the top allows you to navigate between programmes and projects.
This is where you can access settings, password reset, help and FAQs.
The sidebar buttons on the left-hand side allow you to view tools related to your programme/project. FormBuilder and project tools are just available to managers and admin users. The admin panel is just available for admin users.
Dashboards are a custom-built visual display of key metrics and data insights, such as worksite status, assets, activity or workflow tracking. It is also where you’ll find SymAI, our advanced search and summarisation tool for reports.
Time Sheets track sign-in and sign-outs. Site users can also add additional comments. Admins or managers can review, approve or reject timesheet submissions
The FormBuilder allows you to quickly create forms and workflows necessary for your projects.
The SmartNotes feed is a timeline of all SmartNotes for a project. Each contains related videos, photos, forms and links to related activities and assets. You can click on each of them to see related SmartNotes.
The Gallery displays all photos taken.
